Destiny is the queen of late night dining customer service. She runs a smooth ship, is big-hearted and goes above and beyond to take care of her customers no matter who they are, but she’s also not going to put up with shenanigans. I drive out of my way to go to this IHOP location specifically. Service has always been much quicker at this location too maybe because it’s smaller than the other 2 IHOPs in town.

I ordered a grilled cheese with American cheese on sourdough bread & a chocolate oreo milkshake. The sandwich came dry- no butter unmelted cheese and cold and the milkshake tasted like chemicals. The manager said it was fine but the server said another customer earlier complained aS well. Unacceptable-do better FT WAYNE IHOP

Lovely people and energy! The food was delicious and the milkshakes were absolutely delicious. Our waiter was so sweet and thoughtful. And the presentation was beautiful. The food looked so good I forgot to take a picture. Also the assortment of syrups on the table was awesome. Strawberry was so good

Destinee was an absolutely amazing server! From the moment we sat down, she was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome. She checked on us regularly, kept our drinks filled, and made sure everything came out exactly as ordered. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service truly made our dining experience enjoyable. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about her guests and takes pride in her work.
