I hosted a baby shower here and it was the perfect location and vibe, perfect size to allow people to mingle and have seating and it was so much fun! My guests got to order whatever coffee drink they wanted and the food was fantastic! The catering menu offers so many options and Jordan was very accommodating to my requests for variations. The wraps, whipped thyme goat cheese dip and the scotcharoos were my favorites! The staff was fantastic! They were engaging and kind to my guests and very responsive to anything I needed. They helped make the event special and easy for me. Everyone had such a great time!

Employees were told extremely rude when we places our orders. The cashier was almost yelling at us when she spoke and it felt like she was rushing us to place our orders. The chai that I order came out extremely sweet, we were charged 1 dollar for water that is usually free, and I found a hair in my quiche (which was undercooked btw). Overall, I expected better from this place.

It’s incredibly difficult to find any type of restaurant where my entire family can eat because one of us has severe allergies to almost everything. Mocha Lounge went above and beyond to make sure our experience was safe and enjoyable. Before we even set foot inside, Jordan and her team took the time to create a list of menu items that were safe for us to order. They also thoroughly cleaned a separate preparation area to help prevent cross-contamination. The level of care, compassion, and attention to detail we received was truly exceptional. It's rare to find a team that goes to such great lengths to accommodate food allergies. Thank you, Jordan and the entire staff, for making my family feel welcomed, safe, and cared for!

My first visit, very pleased! Ethan welcomed me, was very energetic and pleasant to chat with! He asked about my preferences and recommended the Cadbury Mocha from their seasonal menu. Definitely recommend for chocolate lovers. Inside atmosphere is comfortable with lots of natural light. I enjoyed sitting in the window during my visit. Also lots of seating available outside as well!

I used to live for this place. The coffee is fantastic. In fact, this coffee shop has ruined all other coffee for me. Nothing compares to Mocha Lounge, however, this past year has been a terrible experience. I'm not one to complain but enough is enough. I recently learned that I cannot order the same drinks at both locations (this is a bummer) and why in the world does it take 30+ minutes to get one drink? This happens to me ALL THE TIME. Today, my husband was so kind to bring me my iced matcha and he came home mad because he was trying to be nice but he had to wait 30 minutes to get one drink that made him late for an appointment. This is not ok. It's safe to say that you have lost a very loyal customer at this point. I can drive down to the other location, get my drink and come back up to Huntertown in less time it takes me to get one drink from this location. Sorry, not sorry.
