Ive never experienced better customer service than I have tonight dealing with this specific Papa John's!!The staff were on point with everything and nobody was slacking off!! I wanna give a very big thank you,And show appreciation to Carter specifically for coming through on the specific request I made for my pizza!! Good lookin out my guy 🫡 Definitely recommend this store above any other in Fort Wayne. Thank you for everything yall do to make this community strong💪🏻

Looked online said special Monday only 5.99 medium cheese only...... I called ordered 2 i was told 30 dollars I said weight online it says 5.99 each so 5.99 times 2 is 30? That makes no sense he said o well maybe there is a special where are you looking ? On papa John's website......... well I guess we can do two for 20 dollars....... again sir 5.99 times 2 is not 20 dollars and not 30 dollars........ then tells me I dont know what your talking about I guess try to order online....... great customer service 👏

Ordered 2 pizza’s one was obviously fresh and warm the other was old and dried out like it sat and waited for a while obviously not made in the 20 minutes since i placed my order and picked up within time frame. Not possible to be that cold if it was actually made when i ordered. Ripped off

Ordered a large pizza. Husband picked it up and when he got home i opened the box and this is what they gave us. It looks like a small or medium pizza. This isnt the first time they did this. They will just take a medium dough, try to stretch it, and make it look like a large because they think we are too stupid to tell. My husband tried mentioning it but the guy blamed it on the screens they use and my husband didnt want to argue so he just said its fine and left.
