Cute little local coffee shop. The interior is bright and inviting, and easily a spot to have a chat or camp out with your laptop. They have a book sharing shelf! Such a cute and community-driven feel. I had a Chai latte since their espresso machine was out of order. It had a tasty and full body flavor.

I've been to Roots a few times now and for the most part, it's fine. The coffee is good, the seating is comfortable and it's never overly crowded or loud. I've been looking forward to making it a regular spot to work remotely and be a patron of a local business. I recently visited with my partner and we received the most confusing, condescending service I've experienced in a long time. I'm always polite to people in customer service as I am a long time customer service worker myself and I would never have spoken to a customer the way we were spoken to.
