Excellent service, delicious menu items, and amazing coffee. I am at the Bay Meadows location every morning and am one of the first customers to enter the store. All customers are greeted with a good morning, or afternoon, as well as a thank you for coming when picking up the order. I truly appreciate each team member and their enthusiasm for representing Peet’s. I especially appreciate Vicky for her welcoming kindness and dedication on making the best coffee as well as her encouragement in trying new flavors. Baristas are great! But giving this a one star because your experience starts with ordering and the diminutive person, who's possibly new, taking the orders was snippy and curt when she didn't understand my order which I had to repeat three times. This happened Saturday morning around 7a the first weekend in May.

First time at this location.. what caught me off guard is the price for a double expresso - $5.00 compared to Starbucks $3.50 !!!! This alone is a game changer for me .📍🤔

I tried an iced caramel macchiato with oat milk, and it tasted good. It's a nice alternative to Starbucks. The place is spacious, offering plenty of tables if you'd like to spend time reading or doing other activities. Service is decent as well.
