I asked for the most lean beef pho and it was phenomenal. It’s the best beef pho I’ve had anywhere. The broth was good. I got the small bowl and forgot to tell her no noodles. The noodles took over the whole bowl leaving little room for the broth. I also wanted to get a spring roll with shrimp or just veggies but the server told me all of their rolls have pork in it.
