Figured Id go to this wendys bc my only other option was McDonald's....I should've went to McDonald's. Went around 11:30 pm and the crew that was on was NOT friendly (ok cool not my biggest concern) BUT ALL of my food items were cold. No there were no lines no rush or complicated orders. Literally disgusting as if they had food sitting and waiting for the next person that falls victim to this place. Just straight disgusting. Do you know how frustrating it is to get nothing but old cold food when all you wanted was to eat. Never coming here again, the quality of the place just keeps diminishi

Very disappointing experience at this Wendy’s location. The restaurant is officially listed as closing at 1:30 AM, yet multiple times I have arrived around 1:15–1:20 AM and employees already refuse service, claiming they close at 1:00 AM instead. What makes this even more frustrating is that online orders also seem to stop being prepared after 1:00 AM, despite the posted business hours clearly stating 1:30 AM. Customers rely on the published hours when deciding whether to drive to the restaurant or place an order. If the actual closing time is 1:00 AM, then the hours should be updated honest

I don’t think they can read or they just do it on purpose when there’s a DoorDash order. Cuz what part of NO MAYO did u guys not understand.

Food was good but the drive through order is just a computer, no people. If it doesn’t know the answer you don’t get one. No spoon for the ice cream, no spoon for the chili, non of the sauces we ordered. Too much of a hassle. :/
