Do not visit this location. My son, mom and myself went through the drive-thru a few weeks ago. We each ordered one item for ourselves. My mother ordered a salads with small fries. My son a chicken sandwich and fries and I ordered a single butter burger with cheese and fries. Once we arrived home to eat, our food was horrible. My burger was overcooked and missing the tomato I requested. My mom's salad was browning. Very poor food quality. My 85 year old mom treated us with her credit card. This Culver's is overall really good. I can't complain! The food was warm, the servers were nice and the restaurant was clean! I gave it 4 stars because the food is very typical and was nothing amazing though the ice cream here is awesome

Custard! Some of the best and freshest custard in town. Franklin Park is not blessed with good ice cream but this is the place. We always go for the pints. Much better deal. The General Manager was awesome! Thumbs up to you.

I’m starting to think they’re intentionally smashing my burger every time I go here now. They also always forget my extra onion and pickle. Bring back the boxes your food came in.
