Subpar sashimi and just average rolls unfortunately, and while our waitress was kind, the rest of the staff was not. Bright and colorful decor could not make up for a lackluster experience. There is much better sushi and service elsewhere. We had the crab rangoons (they were fine) but the rolls and sashimi we tried were not great. Fish was just not fresh, the toro was noticably stale, and the uni was possibly the worst I have ever had. Big waste. This is a decent sushi spot in Frederick. I'd say the sushi was pretty good and fresh, but not the best I've had. Somewhat limited in the rolls they have. For appetizers, we had the Calamari and the Salmon Tatare. Both were very good. For dinner, I had the Lazy Rainbow, a Salmon Avocado roll, and some Salmon rolls. All were pretty good, but nothing out of the ordinary. Our party also shared a Baltimore roll and that was ok. Someone else in our party got the Lazy Spaghetti. That was an interesting dish, especially at a sushi restaurant, that had a Thai/curry twist to it. Pretty good and pretty

We had an amazing experience at Lazy Fish Sushi. The sushi was incredibly fresh, beautifully presented, and packed with flavor… every roll felt thoughtfully crafted and high quality from start to finish. A special shoutout to our waitress, Cheyanne, who truly made the night even better. She was super friendly, attentive, and made great recommendations that we ended up loving. The atmosphere was relaxed and modern, making it a great spot for a casual night out or a date. Between the amazing food and Cheyanne’s excellent service, this place really stands out. We will definitely be back!

There was metal piece in my food. asparagus was burnt. I'm a long time customer. I am terribly disappointed. I called but no one had the time to discuss issue with me. The food was delivered, sealed.
