It's hard to find good service these days but today was different. Fast food industry is tuff and I get it. The customer is always right!. Well I was waited on today by Jacote. The gentleman was extremely kind and professional. Him and his team had my food out and ready before I filled up my coffee. I don't see that alot. So big shout out to Jacote and his team for moving with a purpose and being professional. I'll make the extra trip to come back to this roys for sure.

Stupidly good food and service. Very friendly cashier, super patient and happy to explain the food. Clearly enthusiastic about it. Chicken was INCREDIBLE and straight from oil, hot and fresh. Spotlessly clean. This is how you run a fast food chain, western MD & northern WV could take a note. Thank you so much.

Customer service not good at all, I was placing my order and the lady who was taking my order got real mad because of the orders I was making. She should be happy that the are getting business. I think it was the manager her self who was taking the orders. She need customer service skills.

It's a shame I gotta fly from TEXAS to Washington DC for some Roy Rogers, but I do. I moved away and it's the best part of visiting my hometown. I almost fainted when the cashier said they had no more Roast beef after I'd just flown in lol. Always love this place and my Holster of fries. Love Roys. Wish there was one in Dallas
