Employees kept messing up everyone’s order in drive through and in the building. I had to wait an hour and was being ignored while other people was coming is to complain and having to wait for their food to get fixed. Including a woman who informed them of an allergy her kid has, when she got her order she didn’t receive more then half her order and what she did get did in fact have what her child had an allergy too, which is a big health concern. They gave my food to the wrong person and the only reason it was fix is cuz that customer came in complaining as well. None of the employees was com

This place was pretty good. It's KFC and Taco Bell together. Definitely haven't been to one of these in a while but I have no complaints. It seemed more of KFC than a taco bell. But still I love taco Bell and it was delicious!

Granted, working in a fast food chain can be beyond mentally draining from the crap that they have to put up with. Having worked fast food several times, I'd know. But when you get a Deluxe $9 box (that actually used to be $5) and open it up to reveal the poorly put together meal, having half of your taco fall apart and not have touched it yet, or your chicken wrap basically rolled up like a baseball, makes frequent customers like myself constantly seeking other locations for better service and quality. Lucky for us, there are. The Attalla and Rainbow City locations are 2.

I went just a few min ago I order there soft tacos with meat cheese and sour cream well I got them and they had lettuce one it I told her at the window no lettuce sour cream and meat and cheese only 4 times !!! Then it looked like they just digged the lettuce out and gave it bck well. I get home and it’s meat and cheese only no damm sour cream !! So worst service everrrr will not be back this is so frustrating bc can we not listen !!!
