Although I did enjoy the girl at the window she was very nice and welcoming. She also was busting her tail to make sure ice creams were made fresh and not just sitting she made it while I was at the window which I liked. But when I got my dill tots the box was mainly crumbs only a couple solid tots. Rest crumbs . Lack of caring in the kitchen when preparing order from kitchen.

The strawberries in my slush taste like pickles. When the girl gave me the cup it bust open where the lid is. I pull around to the window and the guy that was just standing there looking on his phone actually called a young lady out the back to help me. I was showing him the busted cup the whole time he didn’t even bother to move. I guess what was on his phone was more important than helping the customer. I won’t spend another dollar there. Why the strawberries taste like pickles anyway? And the strawberries was before even asking for a different cup. So nobody had a way of tainting it because

I order uber from here often becuase I love their drinks however almost every time something is missing. They constantly forget on of our drinks. After contacting uber each time over this issue uber will only reimburse you a couple of times. However this is unfair becuase the store should be penalized for continuously messing up customers orders instead of having the customer eat the cost. Three in one week I’ve had to personally go to the store to get the missing item because uber will no longer help and the workers do not double check the orders before sending them out! DO NOT eat the chicken sandwiches. They served my wife raw chicken. The manager did not handle it, they instead made the window employee handle it.
