Kim Stephens★★★★My French fries tasted old. I a sk them if they could give me fresh. They cooked fresh one for me. They were delicious. I started to go up and see if they were ready. The employer told me he would bring them to my table. He was very polite and nice.it was a big change from when I'd go thru the drive thru. Slot of times the people had attitudes. The food wasn't fresh or warm enough. I stopped going to this Wendy's and only got Wendy's at the one on Hamilton rd New Albany when I went to the Dr,'s. This time the sandwich was hot and great andthry redid the fries. It was a good ecperence

S. Eaton★I usually have great experience in this Wendy's. The cashier probably manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. Have never seen an manager hug and pick up an employee while taking an order. That's probably why he forgot that I ordered in. And I had to asked for a cup for my drink. When I reminded him that I ordered in he put it on a tray. "I didn't want to put my hands on the food ". Even though he used his hands to put the food in the bag. The fries were slightly warm as well as the burger. Hopefully, this is a one time experience.
MJ★★Last time I’m ordering from this Wendy’s! They used to be the only Wendy’s I would order from, but the past 3 times I’ve DoorDash’ed I’ve been missing items. How do you miss an entire sandwich? Do you not check the receipt/bag before you tape it all shut for the delivery driver? Ughhhh 😡
