Really nice and fresh home cooked style. Reminds me of many of the local diners around Berkeley and UW Madison - college crowd and mellow vibe. Spring Time Matcha is a must and the coffee is great. One note - the service is not fast so don’t come here in a hurry.

This was my first visit to Afternoon since the menu update, and unfortunately it was really disappointing. This used to be one of my favorite brunch spots to meet friends, so I was sad to see many of the dishes I loved are gone, and several of the remaining items have been changed. The Dutch baby arrived overly dark, almost burnt, and had a tough, chewy texture instead of the light texture I remembered. The crispy tofu was also very disappointing and lacked flavor and balance. The updated Afternoon Hash was another letdown and didn’t seem improved by the changes. With so many favorite dishes

Went here and loved everything. Our waitress Sarah was so friendly and gave excellent recommendations. We had the brown sugar chai latte and the Dutch baby and the cauliflower burrito. All were wonderful. This restaurant and their staff are top notch. I wish we had this in our town

Super cute place, good parking, excellent service and awesome food! Outdoor seating was shaded with lots of fans to keep it comfortable even in the summer heat. Our waitress was super friendly and attentive, checking on us often to ensure we were doing well. Iced coffee with caramel syrup and creamer was great! Had my doubts when the crispy potatoes had chunks of lime, but was pleasantly surprised when I tried it!
