I went to this branch of Panera bread on August the third and I was served by a lovely sweet lady named Beverly. Not only was Beverly helpful, but she also helped us with a smile plastered on her face. She insisted we take our time and not rush stressing upon the fact that we are customers and she’s glad to help out. She let us take our time and did not rush us or huff. We accidentally ordered something wrong and she insisted on correcting our order without letting us pay a single penny. Besides Beverly’s amazing service, the food tasted great. The new menu is terrible. Wish was the same when I was a teenager. Many sandwiches and breads are gone 😢 Cashier was friendly and polite but the manager Brian was not the best example. As a manager he should learn how to be friendly. Specially after someone say HI! And ignoring the customer

Not sure how long Brian has been here, but you can definitely tell the difference in how things are run. He brings a friendly attitude, great energy, and is very helpful in keeping the line moving. He was also very pleasant while helping correct our order when it was wrong. He truly represents what an ideal manager should be and you can see that with his team and the quality of the food.

I definitely don't recommend Panera because they don't do what you ask them to do and they do things their own way. I had previously ordered bread, bought it, and asked them to heat it up, but they didn't. A friend had heated it up before and was actually helpful, but the current employee isn't helpful and I really didn't like this situation. I definitely won't be coming back.
