I went to Chick-fil-A on May 1 at this location and had such a great experience! I ordered a grilled Cobb salad with no bacon through the drive-thru, but when I got my food, it was a fried salad with bacon. I went inside, and the customer service was TOP TIER. Everyone was so kind and apologetic. They quickly made me a fresh grilled salad exactly how I ordered it, no bacon, no issues at all. Not only that, but they told me to keep the other salad too! I called this morning and spoke with a manager. I didn’t get her name but she was so helpful and accommodating. I had completely forgotten to submit an order for a party at 11 am and she was able to fulfill the order and was able to do it within time we were needing to pickup. I am so grateful for her. She was so nice and very helpful despite them being busy with other catering orders. This was top notch service. Definitely will recommend this location in the future!!!

Shoutout to Daniel at Chick-fil-A for confidently claiming he’s undefeated at rock-paper-scissors in the drive-thru… and unfortunately, he backed it up. I pulled up thinking I had a chance and drove away humbled. Management needs to keep an eye on this man because that level of confidence and execution is leadership material. Also, the lady at the front window was super personable and made the experience even better.

Only went to get daughter's dinner. I sat in the drive-thru for 20 minutes trying to get to order. Then waited 5 minutes after we were at the pick-up window. I myself do not like the food. So I was only there for my daughter and that's the only reason I will return.
