I loooove Dutch bros so much! My birthday was last week and normally I’d get my birthday drink that day but unfortunately I was sick so I came to get my birthday drink today instead and the staff was SO nice. They made me a special birthday cup and it really made my day. Being sick last week took a lot out of me & im finally feeling better & the staff was awesome. My drink was delicious (try the cookie mocha if you haven’t already).

ive tried this bros 3 times now and its been mediocre at best and thats being nice. all 3 times asked for caramel on the cup and got it 0 times. the mixture is always off compared to the bros across town. the ppl are always nice but that can only go so far. I tried this one at different times of the day and still nothing compared to the other. ill drive an extra 7mins from now on. I gave them the benefit of the doubt.

I really need the ghost of Dave to come haunt the Westgate Dr location in Gallatin, because this is insane. I lived in Oregon (yeah I know, I sound like a best coast Karen, just hear me out), and Dutch was a whole vibe. Even if the line was out to the road, you were in and out in 10 minutes or less, the staff was always genuine, and the drinks were perfect. Since being back on this side of the Mississippi, Dutch Bros has become a shell of what it once was. I was literally preaching to my friends over here about how great Dutch was, y'all came here, and now my friends think my taste buds are b
