I have to shout out Adan and Shaye at Blake's Bistro/Starbucks in the San Luis! Adan made my stay at the hotel wonderful because he went above and beyond to be kind and make sure my food was delivered quickly! All week during my conference, Shaye was working hard at the Starbucks, delivering great service, tasty coffees and navigating a broken expression machine ... and all with a smile! On my last day I got to chat with her more since things calmed down and despite (what looked like), a crazy week, she still had a smile on and was so nice. We went for dinner and were very impressed with the attentive service from Owen. I noticed an older gentleman bussing the tables around us. He was meticulously cleaning the tables and resetting them with care. I struck up a conversation with him curious to know a little about him. His name was Blazhe C. and was from Macedonia. He took great pride in his position and is a great asset working for your organization. Our dinner was great also. The hotel lobby was beautiful. There is a small Starbucks in the Lobby area with a Dessert shop. OMG... they had some beautiful desserts to go displayed f

My friend and I went and we had a fantastic lunch. She had the chicken salad sandwich and I had the French dip. Both were over the top delicious. We had the butter cake for dessert. Oh my word the cake was so moist then rich and creamy ice cream with a raspberry drizzle and fresh fruit garnished the plate. Perfection!!!

Nice, relaxing atmosphere, food was really good. I, loved the Shrimp Kisses. Service a little bit slow I believe only a handful of waiters/ waitresses were working. The atmosphere was great and it’s in the Lobby of the San Luis resort. Overall great value for a relaxing evening meal with the family
