So let's start this off with me and my son came into eat on 3-17-26 to get a bite to eat. As we ordered our food a lady took our order named Phebe ( shift manager) and let me tell you about her attitude. Act like she was being bothered to take our order, had to repeat our order 3 times for her to understand what we ordered. I've worked in the restaurant business and even had my own bbq business and let me tell you if I ever had a employee act the way she did you would be in the unemployment line looking for new job. First clue was parking lot was empty. 7:15 pm. Ordered the French dip, sandwiches tasted off, was cold. The dipping juice was cold like they were closed. Tables blocked off, food is terrible, employees could care less about fixing food issues. Might as well close this place. Enjoyed this place for years, never again!!

Waited in line @ Drive through almost 20 min aand there was only 1 car in front of me. This is the slowest Arby’s I have ever went to.terrible customer service.
