Saturday June 27 2026 at 6:30 PM. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. The young man taking our order at the drive-thru was extremely rude and got our order wrong. When we got home, we discovered that two burgers were missing. During pickup, he simply tossed the bags of food toward us, closed the window, and ignored us. He didn't say "thank you," "have a nice day," or acknowledge us in any way. This level of customer service is unacceptable. It makes me wonder if this is the standard of training and professionalism expected by the franchise owner. We left feeling disappointed and fru

The workers there were so rude. I walked up to the counter to place my order. They would stop what they were doing to stare at me for a second and went back to what they were doing instead of taking my order. This went on for a good ten minutes before someone finally came up to the counter to take my order. No apology for the wait. The guy mumbled when he talked and just acted like he didn't want to be there and that it was a huge inconvenience for him to take my order. Plus, the price was outrageous. $15 for one meal? It's ridiculous.

If I could give negative stars I would. Stood there for what felt like an eternity and nobody bothered to stop yapping and take my order. I know they seen me there because one looked right at me. Corporate needs to intervene or this will be an establishment that folds here. People may wonder why the parking lot is mostly empty. There’s a reason.

The kid with the tattoo behind his right ear tried to upcharge me a extra $4.50 for a texas double whopper when I had clearly stated that I wanted the bacon king, then tried to lied about the price and say it was the same when I noticed. I even had pull out the BK app and show him the price difference. All bad.
