They dropped my food on the floor and refused to refund me because I wouldn't turn back around because I headung ho.e and i live 50 mi utes away. I asked for a refund and she stated that's not what she can do I spoke to a person that pretended like she was the manager. But she was actually speaking to the manager. I will dispute charges. This is sad that customers have to go to this extent.

Ordered a bean burrito Xtra red sauce Xtra onions Xtra cheese I got a regular bean burrito. They asked if I wanted sauce I said yes its on the ticket even..... I got none...why ask? Also I don't mind paying Xtra for add ons but I paid and you didn't add them that's basically stealing money from customers....do better

I usually never leave reviews to anything, but I feel compelled to because it was just so good! I got the cantina chicken taco discovery box, and loaded garlic steak fries. Those fries are genuinely one of the best things they’ve ever had, I’ll be sad when it leaves because it’s delicious. I’ve never had the cantina chicken tacos before, and I normally don’t like Taco Bell’s chicken, but I was impressed! The sauce really makes the whole flavor, without it, it wouldn’t be nearly as good. My mom got a cheese quesadilla, and said it was alright, which I believe, the quesadillas are usually nothin
