I am usually skeptical about dining at Peruvian restaurants as a vegan because they usually lack of vegan options, and I initially did not see any options on their menu. However, after speaking with our server, she kindly informed me of two vegan choices. I tried the mushroom Saltado, and it was excellent. Appreciated the hospitality and the delicious food. Look forward to visiting again!

I tried lomo saltado, the portion was enough for the stomach. The beef was good, and everything tasted good. It can be quiet salty for people who don't eat salty food. It's a small place, but there are some seats and tables available.

We are regular customers at Santa Brasa, but we’ve had two experiences that are making us consider not coming back, as they don't seem to care about their customers. First, we waited over 45 minutes, and when a table finally opened up, we were told it was reserved. Then, today, I ordered the *pescado a la chorrillana*, but the fish had hardly any meat—it was mostly just tomato and onion. When I complained, I was told that was simply what they had; honestly, that really upset me, and they didn't even apologize.
