I do understand that customers are difficult to deal with. But man, the staff here was undeniably rude. I came into order and while ordering I asked if I could use the restroom and they just did not want to deal with opening the door to allow customers in. The entire restaurant was empty. When I came in, they really had the attitude of them wanted me out. The food was basic. The bread was really stale. Was trying to get a quick bite to eat, but I should’ve just gone to McDonald’s instead

During the day time it's great, but at night time the staff gets mad if I put an order 50 minutes before closing. I went through their drive through twice at different times, and they told me to wait in their parking spots even though there was only one other car there. They then proceed to forget about me being there BOTH times and I had to go inside to remind them I had placed an order.

Worst Wendy’s in Garland ! Coming from 15 yrs background in Management this is what it all falls down to, POOR MANAGEMENT SKILLS! Your team reflects on you. Corporate needs to step in ASAP !

I was the only person in the drive thru. The manager was the one at the window, she can’t even greet people? No smile, no nothing? Just toss my food at me and slam the window? Unacceptable and incredibly rude. I was taken aback and will not be returning.
