The only reason I rated the ‘atmosphere ‘ one star is because it is only a pick up window or drive through, no dine in area here. Doesn’t matter to me my order was to go anyway but others like eating there and that isn’t available here

I believe in supporting businesses in my beautiful city of Gary. White Castle has long term workers who have great customer service. I was greeted with a hello at the drive thru and when I got to the window to see the young lady who has worked at this location 13th Broadway for years. The food was hot and good. The time spent in the drive thru line with 3 cars ahead of me was 13 minutes. My usual is the #1 with cheese with a coke

Horrible customer service every time I go to this location. I also wouldn’t recommend getting any form of delivery (Doordash, UberEats) from them as it is 100% guaranteed you’ll never get what you actually order!
