This review is not about the food. The food was typical Sake and fine. This is about management and what I witnessed. Around 9pm, on a cold, dark, rainy night, I pulled into the drive-thru and saw a young Black female employee standing outside in the rain taking orders even though there is a speaker box at the drive-thru. She was out there alone. That did not sit right with me at all. This is not my first time at Sake, but it will be my last, I refuse to spend money on an establishment that does not value the individuals that work for them. The food here is usually decent but this time it was terrible. They burnt some of my steak black crisp and a lot of my broccoli 🥦. They also left off my carrots 🥕 ( the best thing on the plate). I went through the drive through on my way to work . So once I noticed my food was messed up once I got to work. The manager said If I come back right then( which i couldn't) she could give me carrots ( nothing about the burnt meat /vegetables). If i come another day with receipt she could give me 10% off my next order. Oh and never say you don't want carrots give me extra broccoli as they suggest,

Ate the most perfect spring rolls i have ever ate in my entire life they literally were perfect... Perfect temperature, perfect crispy shell, juicy and flavorful inside and accented perfectly with the sauce. Actually everything was fresh and prepared to perfection. I would say the food here rivals that of many fine restaurants I've been to in the past don't let the foam plates mislead you! Sake was on point tonight. Great job Team Sake!
