Big Chicken is such a win for both my young kids and myself, even though I’m gluten free! They were so accommodating for my dietary restrictions and knowledgeable about the ingredients in the sauces that would be good for me. And when I asked for a ranch drizzle on top of my grilled chicken salad the owner took care of my request personally. They also have fun activities like cornhole and an NBA video game for the kids to play while we waited for our food. The entire restaurant was so clean and had such a bright and welcoming environment. We will be back!

Great experience all around! The food was really good. I ordered the Big Cali with grilled chicken and it was excellent—and honestly not too bad on the macros for a splurge meal 💪🍗. The kids got the dunks and one of them ordered the Shaq Attack 🍔. I didn’t hear a single complaint, which says a lot because my kids are brutally honest when they don’t like something 😂😅. I'd been looking forward to coming here for a long time, because I loved the concept and the menu options looked amazing. The restaurant not only didn't live up to the hype, but was a big disappointment. We went on a Saturday, and it was pretty dead. Only 2-3 other tables or so were filled with two customers each. Even so, it took over 20 minutes for our 2 sandwiches and sides to come out. Once they did, I was excited to try it. The food all looked visually appealing. Awesome. We had Big Chicken on the cruise and was surprised that there is on in Arizona. We live on the west side but was ready to go to Gilbert for the food. Did not disappoint. We chatted with the owner. Great friendly and caring guy.we ask when we're they going to put one on the west side. I hope they do. I think it would be a good fit over there.
