Ordered the you pick 2 combo which we went with soup and half sandwich. I had the cranberry walnut chicken salad and bistro French onion soup. We also got a small bag of kettle chips free with our purchase. A bit of a wait, but the soup was warm and delicious and so was the sandwich. Pretty small, but the meal filled me up. Also ordered the blueberry lavender lemonade which was very good. Also outdoor patio seating

A few friends wanted to meet for lunch at Panera Bread in Mesa. The atmosphere was fast-casual, and the service was friendly and efficient. I tried the French Ciabatta Dipper and was pleasantly surprised — it was actually pretty tasty. My wife had a soup, and we noticed the other couple ordered the same thing we did but received a free French baguette, while we didn’t. We didn’t say anything at the time, but after we left, it was clear it was an oversight on Panera’s part. Overall, the meal was fine, but a company that’s been around this long shouldn’t still be making these kinds of mistakes.

what i ordered vs what i got. the kitchen staff is incompetent because how do you forget the main item of the dish? the cashier was the only helpful person as he took over my concern to make it right by just providing the missing ingredients as i don’t have any more time to have it remade with my order already being delayed originally and improperly made.

I am not the biggest fan of Panera but this location changed my mind. Seth, the long haired morning cashier, was absolutely incredible. Our party was tired and stressed yesterday when we stopped by looking for someplace quite to chill out between our many valley adventures (so many back to back appointments) and Seth was amazing! His recommendations were spot on, he took great care of us, and he was so happy and friendly in a endearing not at all annoying way. He brightened our day immensely!
