I love this Scooters!! It is the main one I go to, I rarely go to other locations because I love this one so much. I go daily, sometimes more than once a day and my order is very rarely wrong and this is the ONLY location that gets my everything bagel correct when I order it. The staff is always amazing and several of the baristas now recognize me and are always pleasant, with smiles on their faces. We frequently order drinks and food from Scooters on Antioch Road in Kansas City. Mostly, the service is excellent and the food and smoothies are as expected - very good. We almost exclusively order using the App, which tends to work great.

This scooters has terrible customer service. The girls couldn't even do simple math. We placed an order online, paid with a gift card on the app. When picking up our order we were told they were out of one of the drinks. Not a problem for us but refunding the drink was a problem for the employees. We didn't have the card because it was paid in the app. They told us they had to give us cash but didn't refund the correct amount for the drink order. When we did something the employees got an attitude. We will never come to this location again! If you want to be stolen from this is your place.
