My wife and I recently visited Einstein Bros. Bagels and had an amazing experience! From the moment we walked in, the customer service was friendly, welcoming, and very attentive. We ordered the All-Nighter Egg Sandwich and the Maplehouse Egg Sandwich, and both were absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and made with perfectly baked bagels. You can really tell everything is made fresh, which makes a big difference. We also tried the White Chocolate Egg Sugar Cookie, and it was the perfect treat to finish our meal. It was very tasty and not overly sweet, which we really appreciated. Overall

Free Parking was easy on Sunday around 1230pm, it was fast and easy to order. The food came out fast and it was good, the drinks were sweeter than I expected so maybe next time I'll order something else. They close at 2pm on Sunday so we didn't stay there longer, but it was a good experience, the staff was ok, not bad or great. Overall experience was good, we will come back and try other items from the menu. Their sandwiches were good

Ive given this place multiple chances because we like the location and food/coffee is good but the staff ruins it. Very rude, always an attitude. Half the staff will just stare at you when you walk up to order instead of greeting you. Recently ordered a maple french toast bagel and accidentally called it a maple brown sugar bagel. The man says “REPHRASE THAT!” Twice instead of kindly letting us know we had mixed it up. I also asked him a question about an item while ordering and he completely ignored it. From the moment I walked into Einstein Bros. Bagels in Glen Ellyn, I knew I had found a true neighborhood gem! This place consistently delivers fresh, delicious bagels, friendly service, and an inviting atmosphere that makes every visit feel like catching up with old friends. I wanna give my thanks to some of the staff there, Maddie and Cortney for reassuring me of my food, clod brew and making sure its great. Will definitely be coming back!!😁😁
