I ordered food for my family through Uber Eats from this location and was honestly disappointed with the pickup experience. When I came in with my daughter and gave my name, I was told they needed to confirm the order. I showed the app and explained I had already paid online. The employee kept asking me, “Are you sure?” and said he couldn’t hand over the food unless I confirmed it in the app. I told him again i paid online through the app. And also that I wasn’t picking up for Uber Eats, I had ordered through it. Absolutely great experience every time! My local Subway never disappoints. The place is always clean, the ingredients are fresh, and the staff moves fast even when it’s busy. Everyone is friendly and they actually listen to how you want your sandwich made. You can tell they take pride in their work. My order is always right, and the bread is always soft and fresh. Definitely one of the best Subways I’ve been to — highly recommend!
