I can’t say enough about this bakery! I needed a birthday box sent to my daughter on campus, so I called a few bakeries. J’s was happy to accommodate. They were so easy to work with, and the cupcakes and cookies were adorable! My daughter said they tasted great too! I highly recommend!

If there was a way to put 0 stars in would first we placed a cake order for my niece well the manager seems to never be there the cake was the wrong size. Then the design was wrong when asking for the manager the counter person said she had to go home and cook dinner for her family at 3pm who is cooking dinner at 3pm ok lie again then they have refused to make it right when her mother went to the shop again they told her they didn't know if she was actually coming back so they threw the cake out. What ever you do, don't go here horrible experience 10/10 never again

So very disappointed- I’ve been coming to J’s for over 50 years, and the last 3 times were AWFUL! They have obviously changed the gingerbread cookie recipe & they’re no longer even edible! Taste is horrible! They used to be thick & chewy and now taste terrible and paper thin. Same for several other cookies - oatmeal, same, taste ok but paper thin. Thumbprint & chocolate iced were stale hard & dry when I bought them. Sad to say you’re going to be losing a lot of business! WE WANT OLD RECIPES BACK!!

First I called to see if they were open and had any danish and things. The woman who answered said “hello”, so I had to say hello is this J’s … she said yes ? Should have been my signal to avoid this place! … we went anyway and the young man at the counter was nice and receptive as we came in. We looked at the danish and it looked like it was being boxed/ frozen … we asked the guy if they were baked fresh and he didn’t know ? He asked a woman ( I am guessing who answered hello…) while she sat at a table behind the counter and decorating a cake. She said they were baked today! And kept decorati
