This is the only DD I go to!! Everyone is soooo sweet!! I see Kiki and Mimi working together and they are very attentive and respectful! My food is always fresh and my drinks are always tasty! I give this place 10 stars if I could. Thanks Mimi and Kiki for always being sweet! The morning staff is amazing too!!! Allllllll of them!!!!! The entire team

Order a $6 meal deal and my wraps are cold and BACON is missing. Then I order a custom 25 cnt munchkins box that they didn't want to give me when it was already payed for. Then after I get it it's filled with all the flavors I did not request. So i tell them i did not want the stars and stripes and they take it back. What do they do THEY PUT MORE stars and stripes inside! Too much playing around. These kids are quick to want more $$$ hourly but slow to pay attention to the screen that CLEARLY shows the customers order. Disappointing. Back to Wise Ave DD I guess.

My daughter and I visited this fine morning. The coffee and the peppermint mocha iced coffee were excellent. Nice little walk up! There is an intriguing tiny batch of trees nearby. The D needs maintenance. This DD hangs out with Rita's, which feels like a tiny betrayal after so much time spent with Baskin-Robbins. Such is life...

I used to visit this establishment five days a week with no issues I would pay cash or credit. I will use my points and it was no problem.Today, I went inside of Dunkin’ Donuts after visiting yesterday and going inside and paying cash. They told me that I can no longer come inside and pay cash, but I did it yesterday so I said OK. I leave the establishment and I called a manager. I got disrespected and hung up on never disrespected them just asked when did these rules change because I was just there yesterday and came inside and paid cash. This is unacceptable. I will no longer spend my money
