Me and my friend stopped here for lunch. Everything was great, just like othe 5 Guys. I like that they still have the serve yourself fountain sodas. Some locations have stopped that. Love their fries and milkshakes are excellent.

Just waited almost FOURTY MINUTES for a pickup order that was marks ready! Truly, literally every single time I place a pickup order here the guy at the pickup/fries counter asked my name, checks for the food, and then doesn’t come back. Leaves me waiting like 10-25 minutes (literally) and then I have to ask for it again, at which point they start making it! Stop wasting my time and marking it as ready if it’s not! All the door dashers too! I left without the food this time. Done with this place.

Peanuts are good... Fries are awesome.. Milkshake...smooth The Burger...not so good.meat used seemed like a " Utility Grade".. It was mooshie meat... Paying 35.00 is fine...but impress me..Place is never busy...Going too price yourself out of business...Lot of Bad Franchises in Dundalk...I hope you check your food grade on your meat...

I dont mean to sound like this but I think they need to hire an American manager or lead or at least someone that speaks good English and actually understands and can translate to the other employees. I been coming to this location for years and lately quality has gone down and when you're asked for something to be remade they talk crap in their language and its still made the same exact wrong way this food is too expensive to not have it made the way I want the FIRST time. Also it should taste the same on the 10th time as it did the first time they gotta get better with their training instead
