**NOT WORTH THE DRIVE** If I could leave a 0 Star I would. First look inside and the restaurant is filthy, doesn’t look like they care about presentation. Then, you get to the counter and they never have anything in stock that you want and refuse to make anymore bagels after they run out. And if you customize any order, good luck getting it done correctly, if you bring it to they’re attention the manager doesn’t know any customer service skills and will refuse to make it correct.. We’ll never be coming back to this place for breakfast.

Placed an online order this morning 3/28 for pickup. When I got home we realized that not only did they forget a whole sandwich, they put ALMOND smear on my boyfriend's bagel who is ALLERGIC TO TREE NUTS despite changing the smear in the app to PLAIN. Thank goodness he didn't eat it before I noticed. Not to mention two of the other bagels were messed up but not nearly as bad as a life threatening allergy. This location is consistently the worst and I kick myself for coming back here and I've officially learned my lesson. Done with this company and especially this location.

I got off a twelve hour shift and went to get breakfast. Went through drive through and was interrupted mid sentence and because of the interruption had my order messed up. The person who took my card was really nice but the one who handed my food wasn’t.

My 10-year-old says: "If you want to get a warm bagel, this isn't the place to go. My bagel was soggy on the inside. It's like they're trying to feed a 2-year-old, but it wouldn't even fill up a 2-year-old. There was hardly even enough bacon to put on the bagel. I could only eat one half with bacon, and the half was just plain. The strips of bacon are about 2" and they only give you five." The workers were very nice. It's not their fault that the food is bland and underwhelming.
