Generally have had good experiences here but the last several have left me upset. Today I went and got a simple single combo. Generally pretty decent but today my party was dry and there was probably 5 times the correct amount of mustard. Basically ruined my burger. Get it together kids.

I went in there to get some frys and frosty and payed with my free Jr frost key tag and free small fry reward that I had on the app and tried to pay using a gift card that had on my phone because I figured I had to pay for the medium water I also got and Alize was the one who took my order and she had a hard time trying to figure out the cash register and she finally got it to work and just because of the wait time even though it wasn't a big deal and I understand, she decided to upgrade my Jr frosty to a small for the wait time. Amazing service. Wendy's make sure she gets a raise. And applaud

I went through the drive thru and I waited for 23 minutes for my order and when it was given to me the gentleman was rude about it like it was my fault for ordering. If I could do less than one star I would, cause by the time I got my food our frostys were milk, and they gave us only one burger when we ordered two, how ignorant do you have to be to do two fries and two drinks and only do one burger. This was on the Wendy's on north Ave in Grand Junction CO.
