Had a late lunch here with a friend and absolutely loved the atmosphere. The interior feels warm, moody, and effortlessly stylish with exposed brick, glowing Edison lights, rich wood tones, and little touches that make the whole space feel both lively and intimate at the same time. It has that kind of European-inspired charm that makes you immediately want to settle in and stay awhile. We shared an omelette and the Miso Bowl, and both were delicious. Fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. There’s also a bakery next door with coffee, pastries, brownies, and all kinds of tempting things

Cappuccino or Texas Bloody Mary? We tried both, and they were the perfect start to a cozy breakfast at Chez Fabien. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the food made the experience even better. The Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon was delicious, and the Normandie French Toast felt rich, comforting, and beautifully prepared. Other than that, it's a cute little spot for a date night or a girls group and there seem to be a pretty active happy hour crew at the front. Bakery next door had lots of lovely options and the creme bru

Not bad but not great. Unfortunately, this will be a one and done for me. Service was friendly, no issues there. The food left a lot to be desired. The onions in the French Onion Soup were not caramelized and sliced kinda thick. Plus the cheese was barely melted. The Ham and Cheese Crepe, it was fine, the Flatbread was fine, the Warm Brie was fine, just nothing spectacular. My biggest issue was with the Duck Confit. It was not cooked low and slow to be tender to pull off the bone. It was actually tough to chew. This is disappointing as Duck Confit is my favorite French dish. I don’t typically
