I ordered $49 worth of food from this location. Everything was thrown in the bag and my 2 Crunchwrap supremes don’t even look like Crunchwraps. I asked to add an Oder of the new chicken bacon ranch nacho fries and the employee taking the order kind of had an attitude about it. Like it was an inconvenience for him. It says on the receipt his name is Roger.

The tables were dirty and the past 4 times I’ve been here the wait has been 25+ minutes. They used to be pretty fast and accurate, not sure what’s happened in like the past 3-4 months. Drive thru is always wrapped down the side street and the dining area is packed with people just waiting for mobile orders that are way behind.

Food was not what I ordered. Long wait. Ordered a taco supreme with extra meat no lettuce got home had a taco shell with meat and cheese only. I would never go back to this location. Also the reader board wasn't working

Obviously horrible service, its crazy you can write bo beef on the wrapper and STILL not get it right.
