Workers are extremely chronically lazy. Often times they lock the doors to the inside with the scrawled "Drive Thru Only" sign taped to the locked doors when they are too lazy to work the counter on the inside. Often they completely close up (including the drive thru) earlier than the scheduled times. Their excuse for why they don't have the inside open is they supposedly don't have enough workers, however the day they said that they had 3 workers.. How many workers do you possibly need??? With those 3 people, one could do drive thru, one could do the inside counter and one could pack doughnut

I haven’t been here inside here in years and apparently neither has the West Allis Health Department. The floors are so sticky our shoes literally were sticking to the floor. It was 9:45am on a Friday morning. Ceiling tiles with so much water damage they look like they are ready to fall to the floor! If they do they’ll never get them off that sticky floor. A light canister hanging from the ceiling. That has to be code violation. The doughnuts. $15.99 for a dozen, but ours were at least a day old if not two. That “Hot Now” sign…does it work? Love Krispy Kreme donuts!!!! You have to make sure you stop and go in when you see the red "HOT" Doughnuts sign on to get a hot and fresh glazed donut along with the dozen donuts you purchase!!! Amazing friendly staff at this location with super fresh donuts!

The store was nice but the quality of donuts has definitely gone down. We’ve been coming here for years and the size of these donuts have decreased significantly. Plus customer service quite slow.
