Ruvo was my first time there, and I had an amazing experience from the food to the service. The waiter, Tod, was very kind and helpful, and the busboy Nick worked tirelessly, running food to the tables non-stop throughout the dinner service. It was incredible how they managed to keep everything running smoothly. The General Manager, Gina, was particularly attentive to all the customers, checking in on them and even stepping in to assist the waitstaff so no one had to wait long. First time at this restaurant because we heard that Larry and Jen who play music there were quite good. The acoustic Duo were excellent. We would definitely go back to see them. The food was really very good and you got a nice portion size. However, the wait staff, which was by the way extremely friendly, were kind of all over the place. Don't know if it was an off night but we had to order drinks three times before we actually got them and they did not know if any vegetables or what came with the specials but otherwise a lovely evening.
