I ordered a small cold brew. When I got to the window I told the cashier I'd like cold foam on top. The cashier charges me 80 cents, takes my drink back and tops it off with whipped cream. So I checked on the app and there was no price difference with or without cold foam, so what did the cashier Kristy charge me 80 cents for? Especially since she topped it off with whipped cream and not cold foam.

Look ive been to this dunkin multiple times and somehow they never fail to disappoint. Today was the last straw they forgot my drink and hash browns and to top it off my bagel they squished in a box with the creme cheese of one sit sitting on the back of the other, With barely any on it then proceeded to charge me for a 8 Oz creme cheese. I highly suggest nobody goes to this dunkin!!

I entered one day and saw the area behind the counter was completely filthy. Flavors, dairy, and spills everywhere. Then I noticed cockroaches wandering around on the counter while I waited. If there are cockroaches wandering the counters, they gotta be in the machines. Do not get your coffee here. It’s a health hazard.

Highly disappointed! Was passing through the area and stopped to get one of my favorite drinks and all I can say is Wow! Below is what I received verses what I ordered. May need to rethink giving my money to businesses that do not properly provide good service or good quality food and beverages. All I received was a cup of iced coffee literally with whipped cream on top with a light drizzle of caramel. Not at all what I ordered and it actually made me nausea so I did not finish the drink just threw it in the trash since I was not trying to go all the way back to a place I was just passing thr
