We encountered inconsistent policy enforcement, lack of managerial accountability, poor customerservice, unprofessional staff conduct and de-escalation. This incident caused unnecessary distress to our young child and reflects a disregard for customer experience and operational standards. Worst McDonald’s in terms of accuracy and service! The Hispanic manager with glasses who refused to give me her name needs to be fired and not work with public! If her attitude is “the standard” of how the employees act this explains a lot! I was told over the phone that they would be able to switch a drink out from a coffee to a fountain drink with using a promotion in the app and it’d be no problem! I get to the location to place my order and the Hispanic manager comes up and start screaming at me, saying how they cannot do that, I asked for her name and she kept yelling and talking over me

They completely got my order wrong! Upon looking at prices I asked why was it so much more expensive than other McDonald's that I go to. They explained all franchises are independently owned and set their own prices. For as much as I paid for the 2 damn breakfast meals I ordered they could of at least got that right. Definitely not going back here again!

I picked up my order and didn’t notice until I got home that my Sausage McMuffin was missing both the sausage and the cheese. You can clearly see that there is no cheese or sausage on the bread. Just the muffin.
