Awesome freshly cooked food!!! Staff was beyond courteous. We got six bowls in total to celebrate. The fresh ginger sauce and yumyum combine flavor profiles of splendor dancing on my palate!!! *checked other cause this will be many dinners & lunches for several days

The food is very disappointing, not the fault of the staff. Overly sweet and limited pre-prepared options. Rather institutionalized as if everything came out of a bag. Not worth the price. The staff was very friendly and and prepared my order correctly. It was mid-afternoon there was one other customer already seated at a table and all the tables were dirty.

I dont bother with in store complaints anymore being as this specific store has had multiple issues in the past. But ill leave it here that im disappointed i came in for birthday lunch and genjigo is back at it again with 5-6 pieces of chicken per scoop, which was the result of 2 previous experiences. Like for the longest a single scoop more than enough well I assumed times changed and started getting double but regardless, always disappointed and instore complaints take escalation and a day or 2 before its "fixed" and no one really gains from that.
