Very disappointed with the customer service at Dunkin’. I was an everyday customer and spent my money here regularly, but after today I will not be coming back. The DoorDash app clearly showed Original Blend coffee, yet somehow my order was made decaf. Mistakes happen, but the way the situation was handled was completely unacceptable. I politely asked for my original order to be remade, and instead I was treated with rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional behavior from one of the employees. If you work in customer service, especially at a place like Dunkin’, basic respect and professionalism

No matter the time of day I’m waiting in a very long line at the drive thru. Doesn’t matter if there’s several cars ahead of me or just one. Seems to be an error in efficiency with the staff
