Stopped into Dunkin’ on Grand for a breakfast run and it wasn’t a great experience. We ordered ahead on the app, but once we arrived, some of what we ordered wasn’t actaully available, so we had to go inside and figure out substitutions on the fly. By the time everything got sorted out, our iced coffees were basically melted. We asked for extra ice and cold foam, and while the employee wasn’t necessarily rude, they definitely didn’t seem thrilled to help either:/ The donuts tasted old and my avocado toast was pretty sad for almost $4. This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts. They constantly take your order wrong or forgot to give you something that you paid for. Argue with you, they can’t put cream cheese on your bagel. It’s unfortunate because i come here almost daily bc i work close but im just so sick of the customer service at this location on top of pure laziness. Order a twisted bagel and they can’t slice it and add cream cheese? One day they will and the next they don’t.. they charge extras inconsistently. All of the Hispanic women are extremely rude. I visit this location every Saturday night while working and the service is always great! My online order is always right and ready to go when I get there! Noel and the Saturday night drive thru staff is always so nice and friendly! You all are awesome! Thank you!

I ordered a “frozen” signature latte at the drive thru and when I got to the window, come to find out he handed me a regular drink latte (not frozen). I told the server that I requested a frozen, he said that I ordered a latte. I told him next time it would be nice if you can correct the customer on his/her order. He proceeded to shut the drive thru window in my face and walk out. Very nice how well trained the staff is. 1 star!
