3/31/2026 - 450 Dual HWY - On a hope and a prayer I asked if someone knew how to make an Enchirito, and God answered my prayers. The cashier (Jennifer) was so pleasant and welcoming she asked the staff and a fella in the back knew and rattled off the components like he created the thing himself! I have to say this little town looked shady to me, but the staff here were like real good quality people. What a great experience and the quality of the food and cleanliness of the bathroom was wonderful! Great job manager and staff! This was the best Taco Bell experience of my 47 year life to date. It

Its Taco Bell... but their customer service at this location is quite outstanding. Its also very clean and the condiment area is never messy or not stocked (my kid is on a taco bell kick) Thanks guys!! *** side note, both locations in hagerstown have the worst drive thru's for trucks. Com'on... its Washington County, lots of country folk with big trucks

What sort of restaurant establishment refuses to give a water cup, and doesn’t have a water dispenser available to the customer? It’s not even like it’s all I asked for, I bought food. I don’t care if they’re allowed to do it, it’s simply nonsensical and inhumane. But they’ll sell you a soda no problem! My party also had issues with their order crashing the ordering tablet (awesome that one of the selections you are allowed to make just makes the whole thing stop working…). Also hard to find the entry to the parking lot.
