Consistently kept tidy, for the surrounding areas it is typically the cleanest of the rest. As mentioned on other reviews the day shift typically works better/faster than nightshift but that is expected from any business. I never seem to waste an obscene amount of time on the drive-thru and it would be expedited if people learned to use both lanes. Judging food from a chain is pointless but their service does hold up, i have gotten orders wrong before but were quickly rectified after it was made known.

The day shift does fine. The night shift is dreadful. Tonight i ordered a kids meal, chicken strips, unsweetened tea,a cheeseburger and a cup of gravy. I was handed the tea, I tasted it, told the girl at the window it was ruin/ spoiled.she said oh, ok. That's all. No offer to get me a water or anything else. When I looked in the bag there was no cheeseburger. I told her. She said its in the bag. I said its not. She rolled her eyes, said "just give me the bag and the receipt " I did. I eventually got my bag back with burger and without my cuo of gravy this time( it was previously in the bag).we

Whataburger! WhataSERVICE! My burger was hot, fresh and delicious. Done just as requested. But the ladies working the window made the experience this time. Laura, I believe, took my order was so personable and pleasant. Abbie working the window was friendly and absolutely lovely! Thanks gals for being so delightful.

I made a large order and was told to get in the second line to wait for my food. The person brought out the drinks to me, but the I waited a little longer. After paying my bill which was a little of thirty dollars. The person came out with a sack with a bacon cheese burger. I explained to her that wasn't my order she looked at like I grew a third head.
