My family frequently orders from this restaurant (several times a week, sometimes multiple times a day). We love the food, friendly staff, and good service. However, we’ve recently noticed a decline in the accuracy of orders - from missing condiments to missing items. They are always gracious & provide what was missing if asked. Today, my sausage, egg & cheese biscuit had no egg…it was supposed to have no cheese. I’m sure whoever got the biscuit with egg but no cheese wasn’t happy either. I encourage an extra order check - it may hold up the line for a minute but it’s better than unsatisfied c

Chick-fil-A on Princeton Road in Fairfield Township Ohio always has great customer service and a wide selection with something for everyone. Love the Spicy Chicken Deluxe. While other restaurants charge for extra sauce, Chick-fil-A hands to to you and says “My pleasure.” If you’re reading this, please hit Like ❤️

Hate to say it, but this trip was a miserable mess. Arrived to dine in at 3 pm on Labor Day. Much of dining room shut down to close at 4. My spicy deluxe chicken deliver to table as a soggy (as if just removed from a pool) nasty plain fried chicken. Female staffer downplayed nasty sandwich by saying “it’s just the butter, it’s not soggy.” It seriously looked and felt as though the sandwich was retrieved from the hot butter vat at a seafood buffet. Sandwich number 3 was fair at best. While waiting at counter for my 3rd sandwich, I noticed holding shelves for food was full. They were closing at
