The server, Jacob, did a great job! The manager, host/hostess, and servers before him did not do their side jobs well or properly. Sticky menus & syrup bottles, gummy tables, and condiments not properly stocked (no white sugar in container, missing salt on table, etc.). Otherwise, the service was great! Jacob and other servers were hospitable and accessible.

Initially when i received my food, it was undercooked and unpleasant. My server Keyonna came over and told the kitchen to make me another order! She has great customer service and a warm smile that could make anyone's day. I really appreciate the service she gave to me and my grandchildren.

Customer service was great, but manager should definitely enforce wearing hairnets everybody in the kitchen on Sunday hair was uncovered. The layout of this location is a little odd. You can see the kitchen area as soon as you walk through the door and I noticed everybody had their hair uncovered . I didn’t think much of it UNTIL I FOUND HAIR IN MY FOOD.

This IHop location has really rediscovered its heart for this restaurant. The employees were all welcoming and polite. The food came out fast and hot. I will say that IHop is crazy tight in there.
