Portillo's is a great spot for some delicious Chicago style hotdogs, Italian beef, and much more. The shakes, cheese fries and chocolate cake shake are not to be missed either. I usually just go for 3-4 Chicago style hotdogs amd some cheese fries. It hits the spot every time. I usually finish with a strawberry milkshake.

Our local Portillo's diner serves up the best char-grilled burgers, hog dogs (both beef and plant based options), fries and onion rings. Welcoming us in, Dulce placed our order to the kitchen team. Manager, Kaitlyn was helpful to ensure our Perks account was attached for points with correct phone number. Sophia, was friendly, gathering all the correct items of our order so we made it back to the event with everyone's meal. The design is in the style of a classic 50s diner. What stands out at this place is always the beef. Fantastic food always! Tons of seats for dine in because the drive thru does get busy.

PORTILLO'S??? Should call it Poor-tillo's. Not sure if we'll be back to this one again because everything we got was poorly done. We ordered a Big Beef and Fries - WELL DONE. First the "big beef": If I can call it that. There was so LITTLE beef, that to take a picture, I'd need to use an Electron Microscope to find any beef on it. Who is making these? HEY, Streamwood Managers better be checking the beef going out to customers for a while. I don't think a Gremlin is stealing the meat as it goes into the bag. Well Done Fries??? Ha! Why do you even let us order them that way? Just tell u
