If I could give a 0 I would. 30 minutes waiting on some chicken strips and some sides. Mind you when we got there, there were 2 cars in the drive through and no one else inside..Tried to give them the benefit of doubt as it was a family meal we ordered but when you watch multiple small orders and several family meals go out to people who came in after you start to question. They tell us “We got we just dropped your chicken for your order”, I’m sorry, you just dropped them we ordered 30 minutes ago! Foods fine, but if your employees are going to bark at me while im putting the food in my car can you give them a harassment training so they dont sound like someone's loose purse pomeranian? Or at least have the balls to not pretend to vape immediately afterwards? Service is carried by the fact the other employees did not bark at me and got my order to me quickly, idk what that other guy was doing but thoughts and prayers 👍

I visited KFC today and had a very positive customer service experience. The cashier, Malaysia assisted me with my order and was extremely courteous and professional. There was about a 22 minute wait for the chicken pot pies, and rather than having me wait, she kindly offered the option to substitute another meal. Her willingness to help, along with her friendly attitude and strong work ethic, made a lasting impression. She went above and beyond to make sure I had a good experience. Food was good, it dis take awhile to get to us since we had a large order but was still hot when it arrived. The staff seemed rushed and under staffed for dinner. But they did what they could to make sure we had everything we needed. We did notice however that this location should definitely get a remodel, some items looked worn out and the chairs were looking very scuffed.
